1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in courses or using the services of Nihongozu Japanese Language Institute ("the Institute"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or use our services.

2. Enrollment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment of course fees
  • The Institute reserves the right to reject enrollment based on eligibility criteria
  • Students must provide accurate personal and educational information during enrollment
  • Age requirement: Students must be at least 16 years old (exceptions for minors with guardian consent)

3. Attendance & Conduct

  • Regular attendance is expected for all enrolled courses
  • Students missing more than 30% of classes may not receive a certificate
  • Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund
  • Students must respect fellow learners and faculty

4. Fees & Payments

  • All fees must be paid before the course commencement date
  • Installment options are available for select courses (subject to approval)
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as communicated at enrollment
  • Fee structures are subject to change with prior notice

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by the Institute are protected by intellectual property laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission from the Institute.

6. Certificates

Course completion certificates are issued upon meeting the required attendance and assessment criteria. The Institute does not guarantee JLPT or any external examination results.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the student for the specific course in question.

8. Modifications

The Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
