2-4 weeks

Collect all required documents including passport, academic transcripts, photos, and financial proof. Our team provides a personalized checklist.

1 week

Submit your application to Nihongozu. We review everything and issue your acceptance letter needed for COE processing.

1-3 months

We submit your Certificate of Eligibility application to Immigration Japan on your behalf. Processing takes 1-3 months.

5-7 business days

Once COE is received, submit your visa application at the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country.

3-5 business days

Collect your passport with the student visa. Verify all details are correct before making travel arrangements.
